Resolution Updates..

As you might or might not know, I started my New Year resolutions a little late.. On the 17th of January.. There were four that merged into three..
1. Caffeine reduction (which automatically reduced coffee/cream)
2. Exercise
3. Weight Watchers

I am happy to report that all are intact even though the exercise thing takes a beating once in a while.. Sick kid, faulty alarm clock (that is now in the trash) and the realization just how much intake of caffeine affects my sleep has created a few days where exercise was blown off..

However, the majority of the time (5 of 7 days), I do get it in..
And, as of yesterday, I've lost 31.2 pounds..

So, I'm a happy camper..

Funny thing is, the more I keep these resolutions, the less I feel the need to keep people and relationships that aren't working in my life.. Odd how that happens, huh?
